History
Our company motto, “Professional Service With Integrity,” says it
all. Our vision for Craven & Associates is to offer
competitively-priced, quality real estate and property management
services on an “ala carte” basis, ensuring that our clients pay only
for the services they need.

Personnel & Operations
While our company is new, the experience
of our staff is broad. Russ Craven’s real estate resume stretches
back to the mid-1980’s, when he became licensed as a real estate
salesperson and worked in the residential field. In 2002, Russ
became associated with a large residential brokerage and soon obtained
his Missouri broker's license. In 2005, Russ assumed a position as a
commercial property manager, handling a portfolio of approximately
200,000 square feet of office, retail, and industrial space for a
local firm. Russ went on to manage the entire brokerage and property
management operations of the company, handling all aspects of the
commercial real estate business including leasing, management,
maintenance,
accounting, and tenant relations.
Russ is a licensed real estate
broker in Missouri and Illinois, and is a member of the National
Association of Realtors®, Missouri Association of Realtors®, St. Louis
Association of Realtors®, and St. Charles County Association of
Realtors®. Russ
served on the Board of Directors of the St. Charles County Association
of Realtors® Commercial Division. Russ is a CPM-Candidate member
of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), was the 2010 Chairman of the
Board of the O’Fallon Chamber of Commerce, a graduate and Board of
Directors member of the
Vision-St. Charles County Leadership program and is active in numerous
civic activities. Russ serves as a continuing education instructor
for the St. Charles County Association of Realtors® in subjects
including Ethics and Fair Housing.
Over the
course of his career, Russ has held such positions as marketing
manager, sales manager, business owner, and designated broker. Russ is also a retired police
officer, serving nearly 22 years behind the badge. |
